How long will it take for my coffee and equipment to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for brewing equipment?

We accept returns on unused brewing equipment and merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that coffee beans are non-returnable due to food safety regulations.

Do you offer international shipping for home products?

Currently, we only ship home industry products within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international delivery options soon.

Can I use my Starbucks Rewards Stars for online purchases?

At this time, Starbucks Rewards Stars can only be earned and redeemed at participating physical store locations and through the mobile app, not for home delivery orders.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your items arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Are your home coffee products ethically sourced?

Yes, 99% of our coffee is ethically sourced and verified through our C.A.F.E. Practices program, developed in collaboration with Conservation International.
