At Starbucks, we want you to love your home brewing equipment and merchandise. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to qualify for a refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
